Kirkby CE Primary School is located in Hall Lane in Kirkby, which is North East of Liverpool city centre, just off the M57. Kirkby CE is a very popular single form primary school with currently 290 children on roll from the ages of 3-11 years old.

Kirkby CE is nearly 200 years old, with the original building opening in 1806 and situated at the corner of Roughwood Drive and County Road .

As Kirkby grew in size the school became too small too cater for all the inhabitants and a new building was built in 1907, just across the road. In 1967 the school moved to it’s present site on Hall Lane .   

The school day begins at 8.50am and children are collected at 3.15pm .  Lunch is between 12.00 and 1.15pm and we operate an excellent cash cafeteria system which is very popular with all who try.
